I drive past your "lake" every day on my way to work in downtown St. Paul. You are clearly not from here because any selfrespecting Minnesotan would know that is not a lake, but a drainage ditch. "Protecting" a drainage ditch from freeway runoff is as stupid as paying taxes. The purpose of your pitiful little ditch is to contain the freeway overflow so that it doesn't end up in real lakes and rivers.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
